We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to help grow RajTechHub’s online presence. You’ll create engaging content, manage social media platforms, research trends, and support marketing campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.

What you'll do

Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms
Plan and maintain a weekly social media content calendar
Write captions, posts, hooks, and short-form content
Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, and social media trends
Assist in creating Reels, short videos, carousels, and creative posts
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports
Engage with followers, comments, and messages professionally
Support social media campaigns and marketing activities
Collaborate with the design and marketing team to develop content ideas
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates

What we look for

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Strong interest in social media and digital marketing
Good written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas
Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
Basic understanding of Canva or similar design tools is a plus
Basic video editing skills are a plus
Ability to research trends and create engaging content
Good time management and willingness to learn

What you'll do

Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses
Introduce RajTechHub and explain our web development and AI automation services
Understand prospects' requirements and identify potential opportunities
Qualify leads based on their business needs and interest
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups
Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp/email
Achieve daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets
Share customer feedback and common objections with the sales team

What we look for

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and comfortable speaking with new people
Basic understanding of sales and lead generation
Hindi and English communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to handle rejection professionally
Basic computer and CRM skills
