Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all RajTechHub projects, subscriptions and payments.
Scope of work
Every project starts with a written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted and billed separately.
One-Time Payment
50% before work starts and 50% after completion and before final handover.
Monthly Plan Security Advance
A refundable security advance equal to 3 months of the selected monthly fee is required before work starts. This is separate from monthly fees, not payment for the first 3 months.
12-Month Commitment
Monthly plans have a minimum initial commitment of 12 months.
Monthly Billing
The monthly fee is paid each month after work completion.
Discontinuation
After 12 months, service can be discontinued as per the agreed notice period.
Security Advance
The security advance may be refunded or adjusted against future monthly fees after outstanding invoices and applicable charges are settled.
Third-Party Charges
Domain, hosting, WhatsApp API, SMS, telephony, AI/API usage and premium software charges are separate unless included in the proposal. Meta/WhatsApp API and AI/API usage charges are not included in the plan prices.
Plan pricing
All prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Launch website: ₹9,999 one-time or ₹999/month; Growth: ₹19,999 or ₹1,999/month; Advanced: ₹49,999 or ₹4,999/month. Website AI Chatbot: ₹2,499 or ₹249/month; WhatsApp Chatbot: ₹4,999 or ₹499/month; AI Voice Calling Agent: ₹9,999 or ₹999/month.
Timelines
Estimated timelines assume timely feedback and content from your side. Delays in inputs shift delivery dates accordingly.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the delivered website, workflows and content. We retain rights to our reusable internal tooling.
Refunds
Amounts for work already completed are non-refundable. Monthly service discontinuation is subject to the minimum 12-month commitment and agreed notice period. Security advance refunds or adjustments follow the conditions above.
Support
Support periods included with each plan cover bug fixes and minor updates, not new feature development.
